Is this stuff poisonous?

I went out and got some glue / exopy to use on external portions of my equipment, but it got me wondering if i can use it on some pluming pieces. Anyone know if THIS product will be poisonous?

LOCTITE PLASTIC EXOPY :

ingredients :

Exopy resin
Amorphous silica
Polymercaptan
Amine curing agents

Any thoughts ?

Yes, the individual ingredients when uncured would not be good. Once cured it is probably OK. In general, I am not a fan of using any glues under water before full curing, but many folks seem to do it OK.
