Upgrading the 6080

I was wondering if there is a way to upgrade the 6080 to make it speed controllable and what the list of parts would be to accomplish that.

i dont think you can do that..

your best bet would be to sell yours in the used forum and purchase a 6000 or 6100

Correct it cannot be done, the controllable pumps are a different style DC pump

I've seen a few of these for sale and was wondering if I bought one, if I could upgrade it in the future.

Too bad, I'll just have to go with the 6000's or the 6100's
