Despite liveaquaria.com's recommendations, I don't think that this coral likes low-light conditions. In fact, I am seeing a bit of die-off where it's getting less light.

It seems to be happiest where it's getting a lot of flow and high light.

Any advice appreciated,

Thx,

I have P. maldivensis in shade at the bottom of my tank, no problem.

yeah does fine in moderate light. I would make sure its getting enough flow, mine used to collect detritus pretty easily. nice swift current is good. I've also got one 8" from my halide and it does fine too.
