The piece in the back wraps all the way around and the two little ones in front..can these be babies?

i am thinking a cynarina. if anyone else has a coral like this can u please post what it should look like when open, thanks.

p.s. this wasnt a impulse buy, it was given to me.

ok only reason i said cynarina is cause that was on the invoice. an id would be helpful. the largest polyp seems to big to be a blasto but i could be wrong.

thanks

it is a scolymia vitensis, the color very rare. ot is very encrusting like scolymia are. I'm not a taxonomist but probably it is

Looks like a true Scolymia- the thing apparently receded at some point, and when it healed up several small polyps were left behind rather than 1 large one. The 'rock' that those polyps are on is the skeleton of the original, single large polyp.
