tang thinks it's a clown

I recently purchased a small blue tang about 1 inch. Well anyways today when I got home from work I found him trying to host in my branching hammer right along side the cinnamon clown I have. Obviously the hammer has caused some sting marks on his skin, but how can I keep him/her out of the hammer so he doesn't hurt himself? Or should I leave him/her alone and let Darwin figure it out?

I'd say it's up to Darwin at this point. Short of removing the hammer, i dont know what you could do to prevent the tang from messing with it.

Enough stings and he should figure out to leave it alone well before it hurts the tang. Hopefully!
