Someone please tell me they had the presence of mind (unlike myself) to take a snapshot of his tank, preferably with the Montipora I got in it...

I have some but they are from a prior visit and I was getting the fish...sorry. I don't think your coral is in these.

Did anyone take note of what kind of lighting Kevin had over his SPS dominated reef? Also, does he dose .. or have a reactor?

I did note four Vortechs for flow.

Is that a superman monti, if it is I saw about 6 frags which were aquacultured from what looked like chips on a frag disk.

Superman is blue base with red polyps. This coral had a bright neon orange base with blue polyps. First time I've ever seen anything of its kind. I can't even find it online ANYWHERE.

Ya that is a sweet piece, it was the first coral I seen in his tank, the colors stuck out more than anything else in there.

Did you get a name with it?

Fred correct me if I'm wrong here. But I believe the Name was "most awsome coral of all time" - a loose translation of the Latin. :)

I hope it does well for you because I'll be hitting you up for some down the road.

If it grows to look anything like the colony in his tank, yeah, definitely one of the nicest color combinations I've seen on any coral, bar none. Keeping my fingers crossed for good growth...

I think this is the tank you wanted its not the best either the other one I got the glare off the windows so that one is worse. If you would like I could send you the big pic and you can blow it up better.
