2. I recently got some Caulerpa racemosa - (grape Caulerpa). What is the best way to take care of them and use them as a nutrient exporter?? Are there any bad things i should know about? I can't get access to any other types of Macro algae.

I never had grape calerpera, but i have read that it reproduces like crazy, and can easily take over your tank very quickly. try to do more research on this, maybe check in the plant & algae forumn.

there is nothing to do to use it as a nutrient exporter. throw it in your sump or tank, and it will survive by using the nutrients in your tank s food

It's kind of hard to tell, but it might be codium.

There's a nice site for IDs here: http://www.saltcorner.com/sections/guest/algaepage/algaepage.htm

The only problem is that you have to click on each link to see the image.

I could be wrong, but it doesn't look anything like Codium to me. I've had plenty of Codium in my tanks. Looks like either Grape Caelurpa or a close up of Chaeto. Codium is much thicker and grows like antlers. None of the above mentioned algae are particularly that bad though...and Chaeto is very good. Grape Caelurpa does have a tendency to reproduce very quickly though...but is also eaten by many herbivorous fish.
