GE Silicone I* safe to use in aquarium/sump?

I know that GE Silicone I is safe to use. Home depot only had GE silicone I* (notice the asterisk).

This is clear 100% silicone rubber, window and door, looks just like GE Silicone I. I can't find anywhere on the tube why that little asterisk is there, and I'm worried this little asterisk might kill all my livestock...

Does it say anything about containing fungicide or being mildew resistant?

Yes, that would work fine. The bathroom stuff is what you want to avoid.

They make GE I that is for the bathroom that doesn't contain any fungicide/mold/mildew inhibitors...I've used it with success.

Thanks guys, there's no mold inhibitors. Zero other ingredients as far as I can tell, but I still don't know why that little asterisk is there...

it will say it if it is not safe. i use silicon I. no problem for me. Dont use silicon II.
