fastest growing acro?

I was wondering what species grows the fastest?Is it the stags?. Also how much space (between frags)do you give each frag when you are placing them on your reef?

Oops! sorry guys I didn't see fishPHarms post. Man do I feel silly! So how bout I salvage this thread by just asking the last question.How much space does everyone out there give their frags when putting them on the reef? (to account for future growth)

I position mine 3"-4" apart. When they grow out, they usually just avoid the next colony.
