Calcium 360 ppm
Alkalinity 12 dKH
Nitrite Undetectable
Nitrate Undetectable
Phosphate 0.25 ? [Used Api test kit for this]
Temperature 78-79° F
Ph 7.9-8.2

I think my calcium is a bit low, is there anything else wrong?

What about Mag?

I keep my CA around 450, ALK around 8-10, and MAG aroud 1500. With phosphates, id try to get them to where its zero, even through with most test kits its not a true zero.

what are you using to measures mag or what kit do you recommend me using and is it bad to have to much alk?

What kind of tank do you have? Fish only or Reef... if reef then I would get a Salifert test kit for the magnesium. 1400-1500ppm is a good range, Calcium around 420-450ppm and dKH around 8-10 as stated.

Give it some time, it will drop on its own as corals use it

In general, you should shoot for Mag around 1350-1400, Ca around 400-425, Alkalinity around 9 (natural sea water is slightly less) But it is important to measure all three.

If you are unable to locate a Salifert Mag test kit(seem to be on backorder at most places right now), Elos is apparently another excellent choice, which was recommended in Reef Chemistry.
