I have a 1/2 hex 29 gal. tank. My LFS confirms my tests as PH-8.3, Ammonia- .25, Nitrite- 0 , Nitrate- 10, Phos.- 0, Alk.- 8.4 dKH, Kh-0 , and Calcium is at aprox. 460. I want to start with easy to moderate care livestock. I would like Clowns & Anemones I know the capacity greatly depends on filtration and lighting. Additional equip. include a SeaClone Protein Skimmer and a powerhead. I have a fluval canister system ans 2 - 40 watt bulbsof lighting. Can someone gice me some suggestions as to what, size and how many to start with and aprox. what should be the max for the tank. Thanks for any and all help.

I would wait for your ammonia to be at zero for at least a week before buying any fish. Stay away from anemones for at least six months.
