I bought a lawnmower blenny from the LFS right after the shipment arrived, so obviously he went in to a quarantine tank.
Question is he won't eat formula one or two flakes or frozen mysis shrimp.
He is in a 5 gallon bare tank with one small rock with bubble algae on it, had some hair algae that he has eaten, He has been in quarantine for 12 days now, should I be worried about his eating and what should I do next?

IMO if he looks ich free,& has been put him in your reef before its too late.

Should I fresh water dip or do anything other a normal acclimatize procedure?

Try Blood Worms, Mine absolutely goes crazy chazing them as they flow in the tank.

Not sure if you should put him in the tank just yet, unless you have some type of hair algea, (he might like that).

Good Luck.

Ah just throw him in the display tank. The two I have owned over the years acclimate very well, actually the first one I just dumped right in. They will eat HA for a little while then when they get adjusted they will start right in on whatever else you are feeding your fish. They are a riot though! One of my favs.
