I have 12g Aquapod and JBJ Nano chiller waiting to be installed. Aqupad has 4 chambers with the return pump in the last chamber. The pump is a minijet and I've read many people replacing this pump.
I've ordered maxijet 1200 for the chiller. Question is can i replace the stock pump with the maxijet in the 4th chamber, send the water through the chiller, and back to the tank connected to the stock return hole at the top of the 4th chamber?
There is about 3 feet of headpressure, but I read that gravity going down cuts the headpressure in half. I plan on korilla nano in one of the corners to incress flow.
Never installed chiller, so help and ideas would be appreciated.
