Opinions on this light fixture

Hello, I'm coming across a deal for a 760w fixture that sells for 400+ new. I can get the fixture now with the bulbs and all for only 200.
What do you think?

It seems like If I change the ballasts, it will work well.
So at the price I'm getting the fixture at, it seems like a good deal right?

I would say it is a good deal.

If you change the ballasts and get better bulbs it should be fine.
