Gen X pumps....???????

Do any of you own a gen x pump.....Are they reliable, efficient, and quiet....???????????????????? Heard mixed reactions.....

I just installed one(PCX-40) on my basement sump.
They have a pretty good hum to them but you can't beat the power.From what I understand they're pretty good on the electric bill also.
