I can't find another pic of it on the net and The best I have gotten so far is that it is probably an Anthelia (Giant Anthelia) as the polyps don't retract and it doesn't pulse. There are smaller sheltered polyps at the base and it grows like a mat. It's color is a dark silver-blue and the polyps are not feathery at all. Any similar photos or weblinks that will lead me to I.D.ing this pretty coral would be appreciated...

It's just a nice color morph of the giant anthelia. They are usually just a plain brown. nice find!
