I have a 2 month old 8x2x2 240 gallon acryllic tank from Tenecor...Apologies if this is a dumb question, but is it normal for a tank this size to be slighty bowed out in the front viewing panel? Can the seams hold that? Thanks.

Yeah thats normal, my 120 bows maybe 1/2" in the front, never really measure it though. The front and side are one solid piece is why I think it bows, back is flat.

OK, thanks....I was a bit nervous, there is a pretty solid rumor around here that Tenecor built a huge system (several thousand gallons) for Amare Stoudamire (Phoenix Suns player), and the seams popped right after it was filled and nearly killed his maid....I could do without that.
