10 Gallon Tank Death and Worm ID plz :(

Welp 10 Days on spring break and I come back to a completely dead tank besides 2 Hermits. My filter stopped working at some point. It looks like hell in there. :( after taking all the rockwork out to clear out dead bodies and such I lifted a rock to find this creature...Some crazy Looking worm.

Any Idea? Good Bad? Its a rough picture I know I'll try to get a better one.
