Please Help Identify Whats On My Rock

Hello Everybody,


for about the past two or three weeks I have noticed like some circular dots on my live rock, and it looks like there have been more and more of them appearing, I hope someone can tell me what these are and if they are good or bad.

do they move, if so then they look like some kind of flatworm

I thought they might be like snail eggs or something, but they are pretty big
