dosing with ketchup and mustard

what brands do you use?

also, how can i guarantee to dose the correct levels ? i'm worried my mustard levels might be out of proportion with the ketchup.

please help!

heinz 57 , dosing can be tricky, taste different amounts untill you find what fits you. im not a fan of mustard

i hope you are using real mayo instead of miracle whip, that will throw you all off!!

I dose with thousand island. Its simpler then just dosing mayo and ketchup seperately.
