Just wondering if using distilled water would be ok for my tank??

Ya...distilled is ok, I used it for a few months, but if you have the money or as soon as you can, get a RO/DI unit. I got my Reef 2 from the filter guys for $230.00

Most grocery stores have RO water than you can get from dispensers. I would go this route instead of distilled if you have the option. The problem is some distilled water is stored in metal tanks that can leach back into the water. I personally use RO water from my grocery store for my tank. I don’t have the cash or room for a RO/DI unit.
