Ok here is my list of corals:

Green Polyp Birdsnest
Meteor Shower
Favia Sp.
Xenia
Mystic Palythoas
RPE's
Button Polyps
Brain Moon
Zoas
Various Shrooms

I am looking for suggestions on feeding the tank. I am not adding anything for a while and want all this to fill in so to speak... Most of them are smaller frags at this point....

Thank you in advance!

PS- My lfs stocks Coral-Vital, Essentials, Coral-Accel by Kent...

Suggestions/Comments???

Check out the recipe for home-made food on reefcentral's articles.

It is great food and you can modify it as you wish. Not to mention, you can spend like 20 bucks in raw seafood meats and set yourself up with an almost endless supply of food.

The fish love it too, keeps them healthy and well colored.

Thanks for your input guys.

I feed meaty foods to my fish; Formula One and Mysis Shrimp soaked in Selcon. I figured this wasn't enough...

Thanks again,

Brad

What he said.

your lighting should take care of a good portion of coral needs. Phytoplankton wont feed your corals directly but will feed the other critters that the corals will eat.
I just started using the stuff twopartsolution sells.
Other than that... keeping your Calcium and Alkalinity in line plus a good stock of fish ( corals like the fish waste ) is a good start.
