Best T-5 ballast for a 4x80w Setup?

I am not interested in over-running the bulbs at all. I am just looking a good ballast that would work with a 4x80w T-5 setup (36").

Not sure what you mean by 36". The 36" bulb's are 39watts. A 60" bulb is 80w. There are some triad's and sylvania's tht will power a 4x36" t5 retro, as well as a workhorse ballast. As for the 80w the only ballast i know that will power more than 2 bulb's is the IC660, but it will overdrive the bulb's.
