Reef safe epoxy

Afternoon RC! I was looking around for some epoxy putty to mount SPS frags to my rock, and found this product at Home Depot in the plumbing department.

So my question for you is, is it reef safe? I'm in no hurry to move my frags of their rack and onto the rock, but I'd just like to know if I can use this stuff. It has no listed active ingredients on the package, so I can't give you any help there.

I have no idea about that brand but the Home Depot's here carry an epoxy called Aqua Mend...in green packaging that is reef safe.
