Hi Roger-

Last week I noticed my 6025 was 'chattering' instead of spinning. Figuring it was calcium buildup, I unplugged it, but didn't actually pull it out to clean it until the weekend.
What I noticed is the stainless steel spindle had snapped off very low, near where it is mounted in the motor. There is about 1-2 mm of it still visible.
The magnet on the impeller also appears deformed (somewhat ovoid) and there's an area on the inside of the spinning chamber which appears abnormal as well.
I need to track down my email invoice on this pump, but I'm pretty sure it's less than a year old.
Please advise.
Thanks!
Jeff

Just send it in, we have changed the steel the shaft is made from and we need to replace your pump.
