Good Snorkeling Spots around Elliot key, FL

I just went snorkeling for my first time down here and had a blast, we went to Elliot key about a half hour out from Miami. It was really cool to see all the different SPS, Gorgonians, and different fish. I was surprised that I didn't see any types of soft coral though.

Does anyone have any spots around that area that would be better spots to see even more variety(gps,lat/long)? Possible spots for small amounts of personal collection?
