I would consider getting a humidistat and a ventilator fan. I bought mine at Farmtek.com it has both temp and humidity on it. I turn off the humidity part in the summer and run by temp only. I bought the fan at lowes. The fan is a gable fan with louvered self closing flaps. Hunidity is really only a problem when it is colder outside. As soon as the summer hits your humidity problems will turn into temp issues. Been there done that got the chiller to prove it;)
