A friend of mine just bought this coral. His coral is one loose branch that he could take apart easely to make me a frag. I know this coral is not easy to keep, i would like to get some info on those who had experienced with this corals and to see if its worth having a frag of it.

That actually looks to be a Stereonepthya Specie...... It is actually fairly easy to keep. My best advice, ( I own at least 4 colors of this perticular specie) It needs Flow, mine do great under turbulent flow patterns. Also from my experience they seem to do great under any lighting, but Halides seem to give you the best growth and color.... Hope this helps... Any questions just ask..

Thats either neospongodes or laminallia both are easy to keep and require light to.

That coral is a neospongeodes it is both a filter feeder and photo synthetic, it needs weak light and some food.
