I have started dosing ESV b-ionic, and it reads on the bottles to dose 1ml per 4 gallons of aquarium capacity per day. I have a 150 gallon tank so that brings me to 37.5 ml's. I just tested my water and per my Salifert test kits I have 3.25 meq. alk, 360 calc and 1320 mag. What should I raise my calc to and how? And it says to add the 37.5 ml's of alk first, slowly, rinse beaker and add 37.5 ml's of calc. That seems like an awful lot? Or am I wrong?

That calcium level is fine as is, in my opinion, but higher levels, up to 400-450 ppm, might encourage more growth.

That dose sounds fairly small for that size tank, but it might be fine. Every tank is different.
