I have my sump set up so that the water level for my TS1250 skimmer is about 1" over the top arrow. How will this affect performance?
Also, I bought the skimmer used and have had it running for 6 days now. It is skimming very wet and the bubbles in the neck are not the small, fine variety. Is this a case of the skimmer needing to be broken in again? or is the water level affecting it?
