looks like flat worms, they are a pest, search for flat worm exit

Yep those are definitely planaria, also known as flatworms. as scrmbld33 mentioned flatworm exit will treat that.

there are different types of flatworms but those are definatly flatworms.

some are really bad, some are not so bad under control, but generally a pest.

I have flat worm exit. Do I need to do anything special, when I treat the tank? Do I need to turn off powerheads? Skimmer?etc...
