I just welded in a fitting into the top if my reactor so that I can mount my Ph probe directly into the reactor. I want to use the AC JR to cycle the CO2 on and off to keep the effluent ph level in check and prevent any other future mishaps with alkalinity.

Anyone else doing this? If so, what are your Ph settings to turn the tank on and off? Just curious.

Thanks!

Here is a good article about how to setup a CO2 reactor; including suggestions on how to determine the correct PH for your reactor and media.

If you have specific ACjr questions might I suggest a visit to the Neptune group here on RC:
