please give me thoughts on coralife liquid gold is it any good

I wouldn't use it. It's a mix of 200 ingredients. How could anyone know which ingredients the tank actually needed.

as a beginner i dont no what is needed the things i read for my tank mates just say sdd extra trace ele. and food ment for filter feeders - sailfin tang, powder brown, 2 feather dusters, about 125 tank cleaners, golden coral, goat fish, mandirin

of course i feed the fish but just unsure what to put in the tank for all the other things is there just 1 or 2 thing that have an all around ingred. calcium is good i have reactor ph good alk good i really dont want 10 dif. liquids

if you don't test for it don't add it, that is a good rule of thumb IMO for foods a diff. mix of frozen some flake or pellets, and some nori for the tangs will be a good start, also you can add phytoplankyton a couple times a week to help with the filter feeders (don't have to but may help them) and with a mandirin in a 2 month old tank the pods will really need the food to repopulate to feed him so phyto may be a good choice.
