It sounds like diotome (sp?) algae. It occurs while cycling your tank. Normally by my knowledge it is completely normal. I have gone through it with all my tanks.
clean up crew, water changes, skimmer, and a fuge if you can would help.
Few questions,
How long has the tank been setup
What lighting do you have
Do you have a skimmer?

ty for replying i think my pumps not big enough for my tank cause it doesnt really move the water alot. do u think i should put a fan in the tank to halp water movement.

A circulation pump would always help, especially with corals and algae reduction. People like maxijets, wave makers, koralias, things like that. They go right inside the tank for tank water circulation.
