Absolutely crosshatch. It's probably the LEAST aggressive of all, along with pinktail and blue jaw. Clown Trigger? Was that seriously a consideration as a passive fish? I've heard stories of people getting a chunk of their arm taken off by a Clown trigger. A literal chunk, the fish did the thing where they spit it out than suck it back into their mouth and everything.

Try the Undulated Trigger....that one is probably #2 behind the clown as being a fighter....Huma-Huma (Picasso's) were mellow at least in our FOWLR and its tank mate was an Undulated (they actually didnt fight)...

Easily the crosshatch.
Clown triggers and blueline triggers can both wipe out tanks when they get large.

when say blue line trigger are you talking about a jigsaw trigger or a golden back trigger?
Jigsaw -> http://www.marinecenter.com/fish/triggers/bluelinedtriggerfish/
Golden Back -> http://www.marinecenter.com/fish/triggers/goldenbacktrigger/
If it's the golden back then consider that to be of the same temperment as the crosshatch. If it's the jigsaw then thats the same as a clown tigger!

Blueline almost always refers to Pseudobalistes fuscus.
