I just wanted to know if its OK, is it harmful? I want to remove some things from my tank and cant grab them wearing my aquagloves or trying to remove it with a plastic fork. Can I use tweezers?

Yes you can. You just can't leave them in there.

Yep, should be just fine. I use razor blades and tweezers in my tank from time to time and never worry about it at all. As atvdave said, you don't really want to leave anything metal in the tank for long, just in case.
One caveat -- rinse anything metal used in your tank VERY well after use; IME razor blades will rust nearly instantly if they're not rinsed in FW and dried off. No biggie for a $0.25 razor blade, but I wouldn't want to ruin a pair of good tweezers that way.

Yes just dont let your wife/fiancee/girlfriend know about it.. otherwise you will be sleeping with the fishes :)
I picked up a pair of stainless steel tweezers, 10" and 12", just for use in my tanks. It's cheap stainless and they'll still rust if they're not rinsed and dried, but at least I don't get in trouble for using them.
