Ordered skimmer/pump combo. MagDrive 5 showed up with broken impeller. Called multiple times for replacement, kept getting referred to tech that wanted me to try various fixes, got old after the 3rd or 4th call and I gave up.

Will never order from again.

Hello,

Thank you for your response, we will normally trouble shoot an item with a customer to determine the root of the problem. If it just a broken impeller we can normally supply you with a replacement impeller or have the manufacturer send the replacement for you. Please provide me with your order number so I may further look into it for you.

Hello,

Thanks for your response, looking at your order I noticed that the Danner Mag Drive pump was ordered back in 9/26/07, unfortunately we only handle the first 30 days of the warranty from the original date of purchase, anytime after the initial 30 days has expired any warranty service or replacements parts are handled directly with the manufacturer. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Except for the fact I called repeatedly within the first week of receiving this order and GOT NO HELP FROM MARINE DEPOT. Marine depot has lost 100's of dollars in future orders from me if not more. The pump came broken.

do you seriously expect them to be able to do anything for you 6 months after you purchase the product??? get a clue, hey i bought my computer a year ago and it came with a broken cd drive that i want to replace now...that's just absurd.... you should have dealt with it immediately and got it resolved by going through there troubleshooting, and not coming here 6 months later posting about it.

drpaul84 you should work on your reading comprehension because I already stated I asked for help within a few days of receiving the product!
still have no received help from this horrible company.
I talked to their "technician" multiple times without any resolve.

I believe this forum is here to allow me to post about it and I will continue to do so until a administrator or moderator tells me otherwise.
