Worms???

O.K. I just noticed these little banded guys that can only be described as wormlike on a piece of LR. They are tiny, maybe 1/32" wide and 1/2" long. I only see three of them & while I can't see them move, I can see their position change to indicate they move. They have alternating bands of white/light brown? Kinda hard to tell what the color is. I searched but couln't find anything that looks like tehm. Any ideas??

can you post a picture---if they are joined is sounds more like mini brittle stars which quite often hitch hike in on rock and coral
