I just got a Hamilton light setup and it has been running for about 3 month. I have had 5 of the 96 watt bulbs blow since I got it. 4 hamilton and 1 coral life. The 400 watt metal halides have been doing fine. I have talked with hamilton and they think it is bad bulbs but I just don't see the chance of having that many bad bulbs. Does anyone have an idea as to something else wrong. Can a defective ballast do it or bad fixture connection, overheating in the hood with the metal halides. Anyone else had this problem?
