phosphate question

Just a question, but if you had Really high phophates, but everything else was in spec, including nitrates, would your sps still grow and look heatlhy (other than the bad color)?

They wont grow very fast if at all for some of them with the high po4 the corals wouldnt be able to use the calcium and alk in the tank with a higher po4 level. How high of a po4 are we talking.
