I know this has been done before but i can't find any threads or links showing what tools to use and/or where to drill. I tried using the search bar but that is always too busy unless it's 4:00am.

If anyone has any advise that would be greatly appreciated.

Btw, im thinking about doing a 1 1/2" hole for a drain and a 3/4" hole for the return. Probably both somewhere on the back wall.

Thanks again. Kyle.

what are you trying to drill or achieve? I have a 24 and a 28g so I might be able to help out if you explain the situation more

i want to drill holes for a drain and two returns.

The holes will most likely be on the back wall.

I used a diamond tip toll on my dremel tool. worked great, just go slow and use H2O to cool the bit.

I have a wheel for my dremel. Is that what you're talking about? Or are you talking about one of those cone-shaped bits? Were you using water while actually doing the job or did you take breaks to spray it off? Thanks for the help.

I used a cone shaped bit and used the h2o while drilling. In hind site, if doing over, I would buy a hole saw, cleaner hole, and I think it would be a bit faster.
