Does anyone know or have a reference for the best wavelengths of light for growth? I am building an LED lighting array for my fuge and have several choices.

Ok, so basically your best bet would be in the 5500K or 6700K range if you just want pure growth. Granted, this won't look pretty but it'll do a damn good job of growing macros.

So, which of these would be the best light for Chaeto and Mangrove growth. I don't care what it looks like, just for growth in a refugium.
