I am curious to see what others have come up with for working with acrylics. I just built a quick jig out of a V-block to cut acrylic tubing and am not really happy with the way it works. I thought I could possibly borrow from others that have come up with some really creative jigs for working with various sized stock.

Here are some pictures of simple jigs I have built:

Speed squares with magnets (not really a jig, but works great)

Nice work. Can you post a pic of the bottom of the router table?
Thanks Steve

Here is my simply but effective jig for routing overflow teeth. Just clamp to the acrylic and the base of my router fits in and stops at the desired depth.

ckimble- looks like you are pretty good at working with acrylic. Nice looking stuff.

Keep 'em coming...

I know others are just holding out on us. I really want to come up with a better method of cutting tubing.

And sweet motorcycle collection!

I have way too many expensive hobbies

I've cut 4" PVC using my miter saw and on the table saw using only the miter guage with a plywood fence as the guide, never a v block... I expect acrylic would work similarly.
