This beautiful pair of A. frenatus clowns took to my 8" BTA not 5 minutes after being placed in the tank. The female is a husky 4-5" and the male is 2".

I bought them from Inland Aquatics in Terra Haute, IN. They specialize in clownfish and clownfish breeding. However, I think that you are right, bencozzy and MJI. I was looking in "Anemone Fishes and their Host Anemones" by Fautin and Allen, and they state that the black pelvic and anal fins are characteristic of A. melanopus. A. frenatus tend to be more red than orange, including their pelvic and anal fins. Thanks for the information. I will have to call Inland Aquatics and give them some heat on their misidentification!
