Looks like a parrotfish to me.

Thalassoma duppery, the Saddle Wrasse. Endemic to Hawaii, to 10" length.

Saddle wrasse huh. Well he is about 6" right now.

Where did you take the picture or where did you get him? At one time I was interested in this fish but gave up because I didn't think they were available in the hobby. I would be interested to know if there is a website they can be ordered from.

the other fish is a blue green chromis i believe

Yes Aj is correct. I got him from a friend of mine that owns a lfs. I think the vendor was Sea Dwelling Creatures. I thought he was unusual as well. He was pretty big when I first got him but now he is fat happy and more colorful. Not a bit of sand in that vat and he dosnt seem to mind:D
