I have a 72" Constellation 14 Lamp T5 Fixture... Each bulb is 39 watts.

Pretty much any that you want so long as your tank is healthy and parameters are fine.

If you do get one start it on the bottom in the corner so as to not shock it with light.

It will move where it wants to anyway.

Yes.
I have the AQ Constellation as well.
They put out a lot of light. :)
