Does anybody know where I can find or can somebody tell me what levels I should be at for the basic stuff such as nitrates, nitrites, calcium, alkalinity, etc. etc.? Also, how do I adjust these levels? I have a 29G Biocube.

Nitrates 0 (Fish Only dont mind really to a certain extent)- water change
Nitrites 0 water change
Ammonia 0 - Water change
Ph 8.3 - Ph buffer
Salinity people vary it from 1.022-27 depending on what you have in there. - Adding RO water to lower, a little salty water to make higher.
Temp 78 Heater/Chiller
Ph, salinity, and temp, you dont want to change really fast by alot, or you will wipe out your live stock.
(These below are averages, people can tell you exactly for what you need) I think you add a liquid for these, but im positive on ones above.
Calcium: 360 ppm
Alkalinity: 9.0
Magnesium 1200
