Richard do you think these Current Powerbrite (http://www.current-usa.com/powerbrite.html) lights in a combo of (2 of the 2x10k and 2xActinic and one of the 4x10k plus one T6 11k) Would be appropriate lighting for a 35g with "The Package"? Anyone else may chime in as well.

Nope, not enough. Those are primarily supplements for your main lighting.

NOpe if you read it says...
PowerBrite LED's are designed to enhance existing lighting systems such as fluorescent and compact fluorescent systems, as well as act as a stand alone light in very small aquariums, refugiums - as well as powerful nocturnal moon lights. It is recommended to use one PowerBrite LED for every 20" of aquarium tank length.
A small aquarium would be like under 20 gallons....

how about a Catalina Aquarium Solar 2x65watt with 1 420nm bulb and one 10k white and moonlights.
