moveing my 55 gallon

well l have had my tank up for about 6 mounths. Just wondering what the best way to move it up about 15 stairs is.

i think i am going to need to replace the sand bed ?

I would just keep the sand for the sandbed. Take off the top two inches and put that into a separate bucket. It will have most of the life, and need to go back on top. Other than that, try to keep everying (including live rock) in water as much as possible.
