I had my 30 tank for about 10 months now, i added another false percula on friday, i already had a false perc, a long nose hawk, and a yellow watchman in there. I did a drip acclimation and introduced the fish, everything seemed fine, the new guy was getting bullied a bit by my other clown who is much bigger. I left for a business trip and came back today, my gf said the new clown stopped eating and is laying on the bottom of the tank, i also noticed rapid breathing. He would lay on the sand near the glass, and when i come by he would get up and swim a bit, this repeated couple of times till it swam into a small cave and stayed there, breathing rapidly and leaning to one side, my bigger clown would sporadically swim by and harass him. i took a picture of him and saw a white spec on its side and a long white thing hanging from its belly, it doesnt look like hanging poop...all the other fish in the tank are eating normally, the only difference is that the hawk fish has some white specs on the bottom of his tailfin, did the new fish start some kind of outbreak? or is it just stressed from being in a new tank/getting harassed?

The specs on both clowns are Ich. Both fish need to be treated with a hyposalinity treatment to avoid further spreading.

The poop idicates to me that there is some kind of internal parasite that also needs to be treated in a hospital tank with a formalin medication.

Out of curiosity in the hospital tank could PNBJUICE79 use PraziPro enriched Brine to take care out the parasites? I have read/heard that treating the parasites from the inside, through the food is the best thing to do.
